🇪🇸 Swinging in Spain: Spa Days, Play Nights, and Quiet Company

If you’re heading to Spain and looking to add a bit of sensual spice to your trip, you’ll be pleased to know the country has a discreet and diverse swinger scene. Rather than hitting up traditional clubs, we opted for a more relaxed approach—swinger spas designed with couples in mind.

We visited two standout venues: Divernis Spa and Naked Spa. Each offers a different vibe, but both gave us a cozy, sensual place to unwind, explore, and (maybe) connect.

🌿 Divernis Spa – Intimate, Elegant, and Low-Key

Divernis Spa Pool

Divernis Spa is a couples-only spa that leans more toward the “relaxation” end of the lifestyle spectrum. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy pool and hot tub, a few massage rooms, and soft lighting throughout. The second floor hosts several playrooms—tastefully arranged and impeccably clean.

We visited on a Thursday night and found about a dozen couples, mostly Spanish, ranging from late 30s to early 50s. It was calm, intimate, and very much a “come with your partner, maybe play with others” vibe. There’s no bar and no real social space, so it’s best enjoyed as a retreat for couples looking to reconnect or dip a toe into public play.

🍸 Naked Spa – Stylish, Social, and Steamy

Naked Spa Lounge

Naked Spa is located in central Madrid and feels a bit more contemporary. A well-stocked bar greets you on entry, with a lounge area that includes couches, tables, and a welcoming vibe. There’s a pool and a small hot tub downstairs, but the real action happens upstairs in a network of interconnected playrooms and cozy nooks.

We dropped in on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised to find around 50 couples there, ranging in age from 30 to 60. The space is designed for mingling—doors ajar, flirtatious glances, and the occasional invitation—but again, we found that most couples came to enjoy each other rather than actively socialize.

🤫 Social Vibes: Come for Intimacy, Stay for the Vibe

In both spas, we noticed a recurring theme: low social interaction between couples. While everyone was respectful and welcoming, most seemed content to focus on their own partners or stick within familiar circles. If you’re hoping to strike up conversations or explore group play, you may need to initiate—respectfully, of course.

Spanish isn’t just helpful here—it’s essential. Most people we met spoke little or no English, which made real connection a bit tricky unless you’re comfortable with at least conversational Spanish.

🌐 Where to Find the Scene: onswingers.com

If you’re planning a deeper dive into Spain’s swinging scene, check out onswingers.com. It’s the go-to platform for lifestyle folks in Spain, featuring thousands of couples and singles across the country. Note: you’ll need an invite from a current member to join, and almost everything is in Spanish.

It’s worth the effort if you’re sticking around for a while or want to attend parties, meet locals, or explore the scene beyond the spa walls.

✨ Final Take: Relaxing, Beautiful, and Best with a Bit of Chemistry

Both Divernis and Naked Spa offer beautiful, discreet environments to unwind and reconnect with your partner. They’re more about slow sensuality than high-energy swinging—but if you go with the right mindset (and maybe meet the right people), the possibilities are there.

Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub or wandering through playrooms, Spain makes it easy to relax… and maybe get a little naughty while you’re at it.
